Privacy policy
VIBEQUEST LLC
Effective and last updated: August 4, 2026
VIBEQUEST LLC (“VIBEQUEST,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) runs vibequestluxe.com and related online services. We also sell and demonstrate our products in person, including at trade shows and events. Together, we call all of this the “Services.” Our online store runs on Shopify. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share your personal information when you visit or use the Services, buy from us online or in person, register a product warranty, join our mailing list, or contact us. If this Privacy Policy ever conflicts with our Terms of Service, this Privacy Policy wins on anything involving your personal information.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy and understand how we collect, use, and share your information as described here.
1. Personal Information We Collect
“Personal information” means information that identifies you or can reasonably be linked to you. It does not include information that has been anonymized so it can no longer be linked to you. Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
• Contact details. Your name, email address, phone number, and shipping and billing address.
• Order and transaction information. Products you view, add to cart, purchase, return, or exchange, along with your order history, form of payment, and payment confirmations. Your card details are collected and processed by our payment processors, including Shopify Payments and Shopify POS for in person sales. We never see or store your full card number.
• Account information. Your username, password, preferences, and settings, if you create an account.
• Warranty and product registration information. Your product serial number, purchase date, place of purchase, and anything you submit with a warranty claim, including photos or video of the product.
• Marketing information. Your email address and preferences when you join our waiting list or subscribe to communications, your mobile number if you opt in to texts, and how you interact with our emails, such as opens and clicks.
• Event and business contact information. If you visit us at a trade show, event, or demonstration, whatever you choose to share with us, such as a scanned event badge, business card, or contact form. This can include your name, title, company, email, and phone number.
• Communications. The contents of messages you send us, including customer support inquiries and product reviews.
• Device and usage information. Information about your device, browser, network, and IP address, along with unique identifiers and how you navigate and interact with the Services. We collect this through cookies and similar technologies.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information, such as government identifiers, precise location, health information, or biometric data, and we do not sell it.
2. Where We Get It
• Directly from you. When you order, register a warranty, join the waiting list, contact us, or meet us at an event.
• Automatically. From your device through cookies and similar technologies when you use the Services.
• From service providers. Such as Shopify, our email platform, shipping carriers, analytics providers, and event lead retrieval systems working on our behalf.
• From partners or other third parties. For example, if a retail or airline partner refers you to us.
3. How We Use Personal Information
• To provide the Services. We process payments and orders, arrange shipping (including international shipping and customs clearance), handle returns, exchanges, and refunds, maintain your account, remember your preferences, enable reviews, and personalize your experience.
• Warranty, safety, and product support. We register and service your warranty, track serialized units, contact you about product safety information or recalls if that is ever necessary, and provide customer support.
• Marketing and advertising. We send marketing communications you sign up for (you can unsubscribe anytime), show you advertising, including advertising based on your activity on the Services, and measure how our marketing performs.
• Business development. We follow up on conversations you start with us at trade shows or events, and manage relationships with business, retail, and airline partners.
• Security and fraud prevention. We authenticate accounts, secure payments, and detect, investigate, and act on fraudulent, illegal, unsafe, or malicious activity.
• Legal reasons. We comply with applicable law and valid legal process, including customs, export control, and sanctions requirements. We may also use your information to investigate or participate in litigation and to enforce our terms and policies.
4. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Like most online stores, we use cookies and similar technologies to power the Services and understand how people use them:

You can control cookies through your browser settings, though blocking some types may affect how the Site works. If you visit from a region that requires opt in consent for nonessential cookies, such as the EEA or UK, we show a consent banner, and nonessential cookies are not set until you accept. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC). Where your state law requires it, we treat a GPC signal as a request to opt out of targeted advertising for that browser and device, and, where we can connect the signal to your account, for the account as well. You can learn more at globalprivacycontrol.org. Other than GPC, we do not respond to “Do Not Track” signals.
5. How We Share Personal Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only in these situations:
• Service providers working for us. Shopify (storefront, payments, point of sale, and analytics), our email marketing platform, shipping and fulfillment carriers (including international carriers and customs brokers), cloud, IT, and customer support tools, and event lead retrieval providers. Each works under terms that limit how they can use your information.
• Customs and government authorities. For international orders, we give your name, address, contact details, and order contents to carriers, customs brokers, and customs or border authorities in the destination country. This is required to clear and deliver your shipment.
• Advertising and marketing partners. For advertising measurement and, if enabled, personalized advertising based on your activity across merchants and websites. Some state laws call this activity “sharing” or “targeted advertising.” Depending on where you live, you can opt out. See Section 8 and the “Your Privacy Choices” link on the Site.
• At your direction. When you ask us to or give your consent. For example, shipping to an address you provide or using social media features.
• Corporate reasons. With our affiliates, in connection with a financing, merger, sale of assets, or similar transaction, and to enforce our terms, protect our rights and users, or comply with legal obligations, subpoenas, and lawful requests.

6. Our Relationship with Shopify
Our online Services are hosted by Shopify, which collects and processes personal information about your visits in order to provide and improve the Services. Information you submit is transmitted to and shared with Shopify and with third parties that may be located in other countries. To help protect, grow, and improve our business, we use certain Shopify enhanced features that draw on data from your interactions with our store, other merchants, and Shopify. For that processing, Shopify is responsible, including for responding to requests to exercise your rights over it. To learn more, visit the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy at privacy.shopify.com, where you can also exercise your rights over data Shopify processes.
7. Marketing Choices
• Email. We send promotional email only if you sign up. You can unsubscribe anytime using the link in any email. We may still send messages about your account, orders, or warranty, since those are not promotional.
• Text messages. If you opt in to our text program, you may receive recurring automated marketing and transactional messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
• Waiting list and signup offers. If we offer a discount or benefit for joining our email list, the value of that offer is reasonably related to the value of the data you provide, which is your email address, used as described in this Policy. You may join or leave at any time. Leaving ends future offers but does not affect prior purchases. This paragraph serves as our notice of financial incentive where state law requires one.
8. Your Privacy Rights
A growing number of U.S. states have comprehensive consumer privacy laws in effect, with more on the way. Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights. These rights are not absolute, may apply only in certain circumstances, and we may decline requests where the law permits:
• Access and know. Request access to, and information about, the personal information we hold about you.
• Delete. Request deletion of personal information we maintain about you.
• Correct. Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
• Portability. Receive a copy of your personal information in a portable format.
• Opt out of targeted advertising, “sale,” or “sharing.” Tell us not to share your information for targeted advertising or any other activity your state law defines as a sale or sharing. Use the “Your Privacy Choices” link on the Site, enable the Global Privacy Control, or email us.
• Appeal. If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision or emailing us with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject line. Where applicable, you may also contact your state Attorney General or data protection authority.
To exercise any right, use the tools on the Site or email info@vibequestluxe.com. We will verify your identity as permitted or required by law, respond within the time your state law requires, and never discriminate against you for exercising your rights. You may use an authorized agent. We will require proof of authorization and may verify your identity directly. California residents: we do not sell personal information for money. If our advertising tools count as “sharing” under the CCPA and CPRA, you may opt out as described above.
Residents of the EEA, UK, and Switzerland
If you are located in these regions, we process your personal information on the following legal bases: performance of a contract (to fulfill your order and warranty), our legitimate interests (site operation, security, fraud prevention, and direct marketing of our own products), your consent (where required, such as for certain cookies or communications), and compliance with legal obligations. You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing. Contact us at info@vibequestluxe.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
Other international customers
If you are located outside the United States, you may have rights under your local data protection laws, which may include rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information and to object to certain processing. We honor such requests as required by applicable law. Contact us at info@vibequestluxe.com. Where local law permits, you may also contact your national data protection authority.
9. Children
The Services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16, and we do not have actual knowledge that we sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Security and Retention
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to our size, including encryption in transit, access controls, and multifactor authentication on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee perfect security, so please do not send sensitive information through unsecured channels. We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described above, then delete or anonymize it. As a guide:

11. International Transfers
We are based in the United States, and your information will be processed here and wherever our service providers operate. If you buy from outside the United States, your personal information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country. If we ever transfer personal information outside the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another region with transfer restrictions, we will rely on recognized transfer mechanisms, such as the European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses or their local equivalents, unless the destination has been recognized as providing adequate protection.
12. Third Party Sites
The Services may link to sites and platforms we do not control, including social networks. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, which we encourage you to review. We are not responsible for their content or security, and linking does not imply endorsement.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will post the revised version here, update the date at the top, and provide any additional notice required by law.
