Privacy policy
VIBEQUEST LLC
Effective/last updated: July 1, 2026
VIBEQUEST LLC (“VIBEQUEST,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates vibequestluxe.com and related online services, and also sells and demonstrates our products in person, including at trade shows and events (together, the “Services”). Our online store is powered by Shopify. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information when you visit or use the Services, purchase from us online or in person, register a product warranty, join our mailing list, or otherwise communicate with us. If there is a conflict between our Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy, this Privacy Policy controls with respect to the collection, processing, and disclosure of your personal information.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy and understand the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described here.
1. Personal Information We Collect
“Personal information” means information that identifies or can reasonably be linked to you. It does not include information that is anonymous or de-identified so that it cannot reasonably be linked to you. Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
● Contact details. Name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address.
● Order and transaction information. Products you view, add to cart, purchase, return, or exchange; order history; form of payment and payment confirmations. Payment-card details are collected and processed by our payment processors (including Shopify Payments and, for in-person sales, Shopify POS) — we never see or store your full card number.
● Account information. Username, password, preferences, and settings, if you create an account.
● Warranty and product-registration information. Your product's serial number, purchase date, place of purchase, and information you submit with warranty claims, including photos or video of the product.
● Marketing information. Email address and preferences when you join our waiting list or subscribe to communications, mobile number if you opt in to texts, and your interactions with our emails, such as opens and clicks.
● Event and business-contact information. If you visit us at a trade show, event, or demonstration, information you share — such as a scanned event badge, business card, or contact form — including your name, title, company, email, and phone number.
● Communications. The contents of messages you send us, including customer-support inquiries and product reviews.
● Device and usage information. Device, browser, network, and IP information; unique identifiers; and how and when you navigate and interact with the Services, collected via cookies and similar technologies.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information (such as government identifiers, precise geolocation, health information, or biometric data), and we do not sell it.
2. Where We Get It
● Directly from you — when you order, register a warranty, join the waiting list, contact us, or meet us at an event.
● Automatically — from your device through cookies and similar technologies when you use the Services.
● From service providers — such as Shopify, our email platform, shipping carriers, analytics providers, and event lead-retrieval systems acting on our behalf.
● From partners or other third parties — for example, if a retail or airline paner refers you to us.
3. How We Use Personal Information
● To provide the Services. Process payments and orders; arrange shipping, including international shipping and customs clearance; manage returns, exchanges, and refunds; maintain your account; remember preferences; enable reviews; and personalize your experience.
● Warranty, safety, and product support. Register and service your warranty; track serialized units; contact you about product-safety information, corrections, or recalls if ever necessary; and provide customer support.
● Marketing and advertising. Send marketing communications you sign up for (you can unsubscribe anytime); show you advertising, including based on your activity on the Services; and measure how our marketing performs.
● Business development. Follow up on conversations you begin with us at trade shows or events, and manage relationships with business, retail, and airline partners.
● Security and fraud prevention. Authenticate accounts, secure payments, and detect, investigate, or act on fraudulent, illegal, unsafe, or malicious activity.
● Legal reasons. Comply with applicable law and valid legal process, including customs, export-control, and sanctions requirements; investigate or participate in litigation; and enforce our terms and policies.
4. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Like most online stores, we use cookies and similar technologies to power the Services and understand how they are used:

You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking some types may affect Site functionality. If you visit from a region that requires opt-in consent for non-essential cookies (such as the EEA or UK), we present a consent banner, and non-essential cookies are not set until you accept. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC): where required by your state's law, we treat a GPC opt-out preference signal as a request to opt out of targeted advertising for that browser and device, and, where we can associate the signal with your account, for the account as well. Learn more at globalprivacycontrol.org. Other than GPC, we do not respond to “Do Not Track” signals.
5. How We Disclose Personal Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We disclose it in the following circumstances:
● Service providers acting for us. Shopify (storefront, payments, point-of-sale, analytics); our email-marketing platform; shipping and fulfillment carriers, including international carriers and customs brokers; cloud, IT, and customer-support tools; and event lead-retrieval providers — each under terms limiting their use of your information.
● Customs and government authorities. For international orders, we provide your name, address, contact details, and order contents to carriers, customs brokers, and customs or border authorities in the destination country as required to clear and deliver your shipment.
● Advertising and marketing partners. For advertising measurement and, if enabled, personalized advertising based on your activity across merchants and websites (activity some state laws define as “sharing” or “targeted advertising”). Depending on where you live, you can opt out — see Section 8 and the “Your Privacy Choices” link on the Site.
● At your direction. When you ask or consent — for example, shipping to an address you provide or using social-media features.
● Corporate. With our affiliates; in connection with a financing, merger, sale of assets, or similar transaction; and to enforce our terms, protect our rights and users, or comply with legal obligations, subpoenas, and lawful requests.

6. Our Relationship with Shopify
The online Services are hosted by Shopify, which collects and processes personal information about your access to and use of the Services in order to provide and improve them. Information you submit will be transmitted to and shared with Shopify and with third parties that may be located in other countries. To help protect, grow, and improve our business, we use certain Shopify-enhanced features that incorporate data from your interactions with our store, other merchants, and Shopify. In those circumstances, Shopify is responsible for that processing, including responding to requests to exercise your rights over that use. To learn more, visit the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy at privacy.shopify.com, where you can also exercise rights over data processed by Shopify.
7. Marketing Choices
● Email. We send promotional email only if you sign up. Unsubscribe anytime using the link in any email. We may still send non-promotional messages about your account, orders, or warranty.
● Text messages. If you opt in to our text program, you may receive recurring automated marketing and transactional messages; consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
● Waiting-list and sign-up offers. If we offer a discount or benefit for joining our email list, the value of that offer is reasonably related to the value of the data you provide (your email address), which we use as described here. You may join or leave at any time; leaving ends future offers but does not affect prior purchases. This paragraph serves as our notice of financial incentive where state law requires one.
8. Your Privacy Rights
Roughly 20 U.S. states now have comprehensive consumer privacy laws in effect, with more enacted and set to take effect in the coming years, and, depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights. These rights are not absolute, may apply only in certain circumstances, and we may decline requests where the law permits:
● Access / Know. Request access to, and information about, the personal information we hold about you.
● Delete. Request deletion of personal information we maintain about you.
● Correct. Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
● Portability. Receive a copy of your personal information in a portable format.
● Opt out of targeted advertising / “sale” / “sharing.” Direct us not to disclose your information for targeted advertising or other activity your state's law defines as a sale or sharing. Use the “Your Privacy Choices” link on the Site, enable the Global Privacy Control, or email us.
● Appeal. If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision or emailing us with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject line; where applicable, you may also contact your state Attorney General or data protection authority.
To exercise any right, use the tools on the Site or email info@vibequestluxe.com. We will verify your identity as permitted or required by law, respond within the time your state's law requires, and never discriminate against you for exercising your rights. You may use an authorized agent; we will require proof of authorization and may verify your identity directly. California residents: we do not sell personal information for money; if our advertising tools constitute “sharing” under the CCPA/CPRA, you may opt out as described above.
Residents of the EEA, UK, and Switzerland
If you are located in these regions, we process your personal information on the following legal bases: performance of a contract (to fulfill your order and warranty), our legitimate interests (site operation, security, fraud prevention, and direct marketing of our own products), your consent (where required, such as for certain cookies or communications), and compliance with legal obligations. You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing. Contact us at info@vibequestluxe.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
Other international customers
If you are located outside the United States, you may have rights under your local data-protection laws — which may include rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information and to object to certain processing. We honor such requests as required by applicable law. Contact us at info@vibequestluxe.com. Where local law permits, you may also contact your national data-protection authority.
9. Children
The Services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16, and we do not have actual knowledge that we sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us, and we will delete it.
10. Security and Retention
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to our size, including encryption in transit, access controls, and multi-factor authentication on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee perfect security; please do not send sensitive information through unsecured channels. We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, then delete or de-identify it. As a guide:

11. International Transfers
We are based in the United States, and your information will be processed here and wherever our service providers operate. If you purchase from outside the United States, your personal information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country. If we ever transfer personal information outside the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another region subject to transfer restrictions, we will rely on recognized transfer mechanisms, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or their local equivalents, unless the destination has been recognized as providing adequate protection.
12. Third-Party Sites
The Services may link to sites and platforms we do not control (including social networks). Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, which we encourage you to review; we are not responsible for their content or security, and linking does not imply endorsement.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will post the revised version here, update the “Effective/last updated” date, and provide any additional notice required by law.
